The soundtracks have even been certified by the RIAA, with three gold albums, three platinum singles, and two gold singles.

The popularity of the 'Descendants' franchise extends beyond the screen. Millions of 'Descendants' dolls and books have been sold, and the 'Descendants' Halloween costumes have consistently been among Disney's top 5 licensed costumes for seven consecutive years (2015-2021).
