Unlock Your Inner Traitor with the BBC's New Online Game

Get ready to dive into the world of betrayal, mind games, and manipulation with the BBC's latest online game accompanying the psychological reality competition show, "The Traitors." This immersive game allows fans to test their skills and see if they can think like a Traitor.

Launching after the airing of episode 3 on Friday, 5th January, the game lets players predict who will be the next victim of the Traitors and who the Faithful will banish at the next Round Table. But it's not just about making predictions; correct guesses earn players valuable points that accumulate over the course of the series.

The game takes it a step further by allowing players to predict which contestants will make it to the endgame, adding an extra layer of excitement and anticipation. Players can also answer bonus questions to earn additional points and climb the leaderboard.

What sets this game apart is its social aspect. In addition to competing on the overall leaderboard, players can form separate mini-competitions with friends, turning every episode into a nail-biting contest as they battle it out for the title of ultimate Traitors fan.

Available on web, tablet, and mobile devices, the game offers a convenient way for fans to engage with the show and test their strategic thinking skills. Whether you're lounging on the couch or on the go, you can immerse yourself in the world of The Traitors and experience all the twists and turns that make the competition so thrilling.

But what inspired the BBC to create this game? Jamie Dodds, digital commissioning executive at BBC Entertainment, said, "This brand new game offers fans of The Traitors the chance to immerse themselves in the world of the show, and play along with all the betrayals, mind games, and manipulations of this epic new series. It's a great way for people at home to see if they can think like a Traitor!"

For Pushpa Reddy, director of product management at the BBC, the game is a way to bring fans closer to the show they love. She explained, "We've built this game as a fun way to help people engage with one of our best loved and most exciting shows. This is a game for The Traitors obsessives – using everything they know and understand about the show to inform their predictions, competing with their friends and family and finding out who will emerge as the ultimate Traitors fan."
